Refund Policy for individual customers

Our refund and return policy is quite simple. Reach out to us, let us know what the issue is and we'll work to resolve it. 

Otherwise, refunds will be issued on returned merchandise that's received unused within 14 business days of you receiving your shipment.

Refund policy for wholesale customers

This refund and return policy only applies to individual customers and not businesses. For our wholesale customers, refunds and returns are treated and on a case by case instance.
